DAY 01: ARRIVE SYDNEY

On arrival in Sydney, you will be transferred your hotel by private car. 

Rest of the day is free for you to explore this wonderful city. This evening, enjoy dinner at one of the many waterfront restaurants around Darling Harbour or Circular Quay. Choose from one of the many restaurants offering exquisite cuisine from all over the world.

DAY 02: SYDNEY

Sydney Bridge Climb. 

Experience the breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views of Sydney, whilst scaling the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge on BridgeClimb’s original Climb experience. Feel on top of the world as you journey along the upper arch to the peak of an Australian icon, soaking in the stories from your expert Climb Leader and the sights of the Harbour and the City skyline that surround you.

Sydney Opera House. 

Later head over to Sydney Opera House to enjoy the magnificent view of the harbour as you enjoy lunch at Opera Bar & Kitchen followed by a  01 hour guided tour of Sydney Opera House. Uncover the magic beneath the sails on an exciting journey to uncover the stories untold and discover what makes this building such an unique World Heritage-listed masterpiece. 

Sydney Harbour

Later in the evening relax and take in the beauty of Sydney skyline as you cruise along the harbour, enjoying the view of the main attractions such as the Opera House, the Harbour Bridge and Fort Denison and the parks, beaches and marinas showing Sydney life at its best. The cruise includes afternoon tea to enjoy while you are onboard the cruise.

Make your way back to your hotel then enjoy the Sydney night scene.

DAY 03: SYDNEY – HUNTER VALLEY

Today in the morning collect your rental car and drive up to Hunter Valley. Or we could always arrange for a private chauffeur driven car for 2 days to stay with you as you explore the region.

Picnic Among the Vines

Drive to Audrey Wilkinson and enjoy a Picnic Among the Vines. Join a masterclass and premium tasting then collect your handpicked wine and picnic hamper and select a scenic location within the 270-acre property.

Visit the Hunter Valley Chocolate Company and indulge in a fine range of unique handmade chocolate products and fudge.

DAY 04: HUNTER VALLEY – SYDNEY

Hot Air Ballooning

The Hunter Valley, Australia’s premier vineyard region is the perfect backdrop for the flight of a lifetime.

Hot Air balloon flights begin at sunrise and take in views of the picturesque wine regions of Pokolbin, Lovedale, Rothbury or Broke. Balloon flights last approximately one hour and are followed by a delicious gourmet breakfast and champagne celebration at the famous Peterson House winery and Restaurant.

Soil-to Cellar Experience

After breakfast, visit Brokenwood Wines for a VIP Soil-to Cellar Experience. Enjoy three uniquely garnished oysters perfectly matched with three styles of premium Brokenwood Semillon followed by a tour of the winery with personal host.

Enjoy a 4-course degustation lunch in Brokenwood’s private dining room then conclude with a gourmet grazing charcuterie platter amongst the wine barrels. Be one of the first to taste Brokenwood’s pre-release Graveyard Vineyard Shiraz.

Stock up on local cheese at the Hunter Valley Cheese Factory before driving back to Sydney.

Departure Transfer to Sydney Domestic Airport on Private Basis.

Arrive Ayer Rock / Uluru where you will be met at the airport by your hotel representative for transfer to the hotel.

Field of Light Dinner

This evening, enjoy the alluring Field of Light Dinner. As darkness falls and Uluru is thrown into silhouette, Field of Light illuminates the surrounding desert. This exclusive dining experience combines the award-winning ‘Sounds of Silence’ dinner under the outback sky with the once-in-a-lifetime Field of Light art installation.

With magnificent views of Uluru at sunset, a three-course bush tucker menu, premium selection of Australian wines and beers, fascinating star talk and a self-guided walk through the Field of Light art installation, your ‘A Night at Field of Light’ experience is complete.

DAY 06: ULURU

Uluru Sunrise Guided Base Walk

Early in the morning today experience the remarkable and mesmerising scene as you witness the sunrise rising from behind the Uluru making the entire desert landscape change its colours. The spectacular sight of Uluru and Kata Tjuta at dawn adds to the unique experience of Uluru Sunrise Guided Base Walk. 

Helicopter Flight – 25 mins

Today late in the afternoon embark on a 25 minute helicopter flight to witness Uluru and Kata Tjuta from above.

Get up close to the natural wonder of Uluru before witnessing the massive 36 dome rock formations that make up Kata Tjuta. Appreciate their immense size and presence as you fly alongside these natural icons. This will be an experience to be remembered long after your holiday is over.

Kuranda Rainforest Village

The picturesque mountain retreat of Kuranda Village, located 25km northwest of Cairns. Getting here is an extraordinary journey through World Heritage rainforest. Whether you float above the canopy on Skyrail Rainforest Cableway or wind through the Barron Gorge on the world-famous Kuranda Scenic Railway, make sure you spend a full day exploring the beautiful little village of Kuranda, surrounded by the world’s oldest living tropical rainforest and experience everything Kuranda has to offer.

Kuranda’s famous Markets and Village has something for everyone from handcrafted goods, Aboriginal arts and crafts, galleries and also a range of local organic honey, local coffee and tropical fruit ice cream. Every few steps you will find Restaurants, Cafes or food stalls to relax and enjoy extraordinary food.

  • Enjoy the traditional Aboriginal dancers perform
  • Cruise the Barron River in a riverboat
