Kuranda Rainforest Village

Kuranda’s famous Markets and Village has something for everyone from handcrafted goods, Aboriginal arts and crafts, galleries and also a range of local organic honey, local coffee and tropical fruit ice cream. Every few steps you will find Restaurants, Cafes or food stalls to relax and enjoy extraordinary food.

Hot Air Ballooning
Don’t miss out, the chance experience to soar high above in air as you take the Hot Air Balloon flight over the Atherton Tablelands. See the fleet of balloons float up and away in the wide open blue skies where the temperate climate is perfectly suited to ballooning. This is the ultimate scenic experience in the tropics!
Start your day by watching the sun rise over the rolling hills of the majestic Atherton Tablelands then experience your first balloon ride. Enjoy the 360 degree panorama, before coming gently back to earth. Afterwards, there’s pack up games, free wi-fi, then drive back through the rainforest to arrive back at the hotel.
